Puppy Health Guarantee
We guarantee this puppy to be free of any fatal disease or bone/joint disease for the term of 1 year. If the puppy purchased is found to have a pre-existing fatal disease or bone/joint disease, the purchaser agrees to provide proof to the seller, along with a letter from an examining licensed veterinarian. Also the purchaser must show proof that regular veterinary visits and shots / immunizations are current including but not limited to giving monthly heart worm prevention. In the event of fatal disease, the seller will either exchange the puppy for another puppy of equal or better value or refund the purchase price. All responsibilities for the puppies care including; medical expenses, vaccinations, worming, shelter, food etc transfers to the new owner at the time of purchase. The seller is not responsible for any Vet bills or any other bills or expenses related to the puppy or its owner(s). Nor is the seller responsible for any damages, physical or emotional to the buyer's self or possessions and likewise to other individual's. The seller will not replace a puppy whose problem is a result of its new environment. The breeder does not guarantee the color of the puppy or that the puppy will produce in the future. The seller is always willing to give advice and help in any reasonable way in that the welfare of the puppy is of primary concern. Registration application or registration certificate will be provided with completion of the transaction or as soon as possible thereafter. When placing a deposit on a puppy, the puppy must be paid in full by the time it reaches 8 weeks of age. If the puppy is already at a mature enough age to leave the puppy must be paid in full instead of a deposit. I do understand and agree to the contents of this guarantee.
